3. Retention Periods

4. Your Rights (Data Principal Rights)
Under the DPDP Act 2023 and the DPDP Rules 2025 now fully in force, you have the right to:

- Correction & Completion — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure & Deletion — Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
- Consent Withdrawal — Withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent
- Grievance Redressal — Lodge a complaint with our Grievance Officer
- Nomination — Nominate another person to exercise rights in the event of death or incapacity
- Consent Manager Proxy — Appoint a registered Consent Manager licensed by the Data Protection Board of India to manage your consent preferences

5. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Axiom Infinity operates in both India and the United States. Personal data may flow between our offices in Anand, Gujarat and Chattanooga, Tennessee for the purposes of service delivery. All cross-border transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with the DPDP Act 2023 and applicable US privacy law.
6. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India (DPBI) and affected Data Principals within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with the DPDP Act 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025.
